1. About these terms

These terms apply to orders through catsthatraw.com. Read them with our Delivery & Refunds information and product information.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in GBP. Delivery is shown separately before payment. Payment is processed by PayPal or Apple Pay. Each order is a separate purchase with no subscription.

3. Products

Standard orders are frozen 70g pucks. The Transition Pack contains 4 transition meals in 4 pots. A first proper 1, 2 or 4 week order can include one complimentary set of 14 reusable tubs. Natural ingredients may vary slightly in appearance.

4. Weekly production

Orders paid by Friday at 4PM UK time go into the next Saturday batch. Later orders roll into the following Saturday. Delivery orders are normally dispatched Monday after production.

5. Delivery and collection

Eligible delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 24, which has a next-working-day aim rather than a guarantee. Leeds city-centre collection is free and arranged directly.

6. Frozen food

Keep frozen until needed, thaw safely in the fridge and follow product handling information. Products are for feeding cats and are not sold for human consumption.

7. Cancellations and refunds

See Delivery & Refunds. Where the statutory exception for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly applies, the usual change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

8. Availability

We may decline or refund an order if we cannot safely fulfil it, a postcode is ineligible, or an obvious technical or pricing error occurs.

9. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Fake, undisclosed incentivised, spam or unlawful reviews are not permitted.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
