Weekly schedule

Friday 4PM UK time is the weekly cut-off. Orders paid by then are prepared Saturday, frozen and normally dispatched Monday. Later orders roll into the following week's batch.

Royal Mail delivery

Eligible frozen orders use Royal Mail Tracked 24. It has a next-working-day delivery aim, not a guarantee. Some postcodes are excluded from the frozen delivery model.

The Transition Pack delivery charge is £4.99. Leeds city-centre collection is free.

Leeds collection

Collection is arranged directly after ordering. There is no public walk-in counter.

Delayed or poor-condition delivery

Contact owner@catsthatraw.com as soon as reasonably possible if a parcel is significantly delayed, damaged, leaking or you are concerned the frozen food has not arrived safely. Photos can help us investigate. Do not feed food you reasonably believe has become unsafe.

Changing your mind

If you want to cancel before production or dispatch, contact us immediately and we will cancel and refund where we reasonably can.

Frozen raw food is perishable. UK distance-selling rules contain an exception from the normal 14-day change-of-mind right for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Where that exception applies, a change-of-mind return is not available after supply. Faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods remain covered by statutory rights.

Refund method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
