Why reviews exist

Reviews are intended to give potential customers an honest picture of real experiences. Positive and critical reviews are both welcome.

Who can submit

Anyone with a genuine experience may submit. If the email matches a paid order, the review may be marked as a verified customer review. Emails are not published.

Moderation

Reviews are held before publication. We moderate for spam, fake content, irrelevance, personal data, unlawful content, threats or abuse. We do not reject a genuine relevant review simply because it is negative.

Incentives

Free products, payments, discounts or other incentives connected with a review must be disclosed. Undisclosed incentivised and fake reviews are not permitted.

Editing

We will not rewrite a review to make it more favourable. We may remove personal information or ask permission to correct an obvious error.

Complaints are different

A review is intended for publication. For an order, delivery, safety or service problem, email owner@catsthatraw.com directly.
