Cats That Raw is a small raw cat food business based in Leeds, United Kingdom. Contact owner@catsthatraw.com.
Information we collect
For orders we collect your name, email, phone number, fulfilment choice and, where needed, delivery address and postcode, plus order and payment reference information.
For reviews we collect your display name, email, rating and review text. Your email is never published and may be checked against paid orders to mark a review as verified.
Why we use it
- Process, prepare, deliver or arrange collection of orders.
- Send confirmations and customer service messages.
- Maintain legal, accounting and order records.
- Operate and moderate reviews.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse and resolve disputes.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal, including Apple Pay where available. Cats That Raw does not store your full card number or card security code.
Sharing
Information may be shared where needed with PayPal, Royal Mail, Resend, Cloudflare, professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer service, accounting, tax, legal and dispute purposes. Accounting-related order records may normally be retained for up to six years. Review information is kept as long as needed to moderate, publish or deal with concerns about the review.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to certain uses of your data. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and similar technology
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The website and payment services may use technical storage necessary to operate, secure and complete checkout.
